Returns & Exchanges

At Noa, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

Full-Price Items

You're welcome to return any full-price item purchased online. We offer:

  • A full refund

  • An exchange for another size, colour, or style

  • A store credit valid for 6 months

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days (NZ customers) or 30 days (international customers) of receiving your order

  • In its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.

Sale Items

All sale and outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange - so please choose carefully. If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, we’re happy to help before you purchase.

Approval First, Please

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Please get in touch with us at team@noagroup.co.nz before sending anything - we can’t take responsibility for items sent back without prior approval.

Faulty Items

We take quality seriously and inspect all items carefully before they leave us. However, if you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at team@noagroup.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back to us.
After we’ve received and inspected the item, we will:

  • Replace it (subject to stock availability)

  • Arrange a repair, or

  • Provide a full refund if a replacement or repair isn’t possible

Please note: Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the item has been received and assessed by our team.

Shipping

We aim to get your Noa pieces to you quickly and smoothly - because waiting is the hardest part.

Order Processing

Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

 

Please note: During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience, we promise it’s worth the wait.

Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 working days (rural may take a little longer)

  • Shipping is free on orders over $150 NZD

Australia

  • Tracked Courier: 3–6 working days

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout

 

Please be aware that customs delays may occasionally impact delivery times for international orders.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are set by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Some pieces are just too good to wait for, and we get it.

When you pre-order with Noa, it means your item has already been placed into production and is somewhere between manufacturing and logistics. It’s not sitting in our hands just yet, but it’s coming, and the moment it arrives, we’ll package it with care and ship it straight to you.

How long does it take?

Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. Often it’s sooner, but we like to give you the most realistic timeframe so you know what to expect.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you directly with an update and options, so you’re never left wondering.

When will I get tracking?

As soon as your item is in our hands and ready to ship, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
